Crispy Rice

In order to use the rice successfully, it must be very dry before frying. Toast to ensure dryness if necessary.

  1. Cook rice.
  2. Spread cooked rice onto a cookie sheet or thin baking dish.
  3. Dry in an oven on a low temperature (130ยบ) until very dry.
  4. Break into 4-5 cm chunks when cool.
