As my husband and I continue globe-trotting, I have become inspired to refine my cooking techniques as well as tired of lugging around cookbooks and notebooks full of recipes. I hope to use this electronic platform to record recipes, thoughts and food inspirations as we experience ingredients and cuisines around the world.

    I am jealous. After cooking Chinese food for almost 40 years, I see that I have much to learn. I’ll try some of the recipes, although pork belly will be hard to get.
