  • 1/2 cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 3-4 T white wine vinegar
  • salt to taste
  • Optional: shredded carrot, chili flakes


  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Let sit for 1 hour to 2 days.
